Kobuleti Beach is located on the Black Sea coast in Adjara, Georgia. Its length is more than 10 kilometers. The main feature of this beach is small pebbles. However, do not think that it is the same everywhere. On the sites belonging to the hotel, of course, everything will be neat and clean. Unlike them, the part belonging to the municipality will be covered with pebbles the size of an egg and, possibly, even cobblestones. Another undoubted advantage of the beach is the mirror-clear water. The subtropical climate, which in Kobuleti is considered curative, attracts people with diseases of the cardiovascular system from around the world. Local people say that the Kobuleti embankment is the best place to treat the heart. Healthy people also do not ignore this place.

Family members are busy doing their own thing. Every item in the house has its own history. A lot of archaeological finds, clothes, decorations, utensils are home - all that was found during the excavations in Pichvnari.
The amusement park “Tsitsinatela” is located near Ureki, outside the city of Kobeleti. Its name translates as “firefly”. The park begins its work in the evening, and after darkness all its territory and attractions light up with colored lights. Everything shimmers, glows, turns, fully justifying its name. Everyone who comes here, whether it be a child or an adult, will find an attraction to his liking. There is also the “Ferris wheel”, and “The Castle of Horrors”, and “Kamikaze”. The large territory of the park is neat. In addition, there are a lot of benches here that you can sit down and enjoy the surrounding landscape.
Petra Fortress is located in the village of Tsikhisdziri in the Kobuleti district of Ajara. Built during the 6th century A.D., it held an important strategic position at the crossroads of the route linking Georgia with Iran and Armenia. The fortress is one of the most significant monuments on the entire eastern coast of the Black Sea. The nearest town is Kobuleti (7 km). Distance from Batumi is 20 km. Distance from Tbilisi is 350 km. Admission is free and it won’t take much time to visit it. It can be visited right before or after visiting Botanical Garden. Because of rocks, the fortress received its name – “Petra”. This means “stone” in Greek. And because of good location from military point of view, it received name “Kajeti Fortress” (“Enchanted Fortress”) – it was so forbidding.
Kobuleti Protected Areas (Kobuleti State Reserve and Managed Reserve) was established in order to save unique waterfowl habitat wetland ecosystems of international importance, as natural heritage of high values, which have been recognized by the Ramsar Convention. The mentioned wetlands are located in Achara autonomous republic and include north-eastern part of Kobuleti coastal plain and are distinguished by diversity of birds and plants.
Kobuleti Protected Areas is an important habitat for migrating, nesting and wintering water bird species. Existing species are great interest of botanists: the white sphagnum moss and carnivorous drosera.
Kobuleti Protected Areas include sphagnum peat of Ispani 1 - and Ispani, with arranged trails where visitors can carry out educational-scientific tours. Visitors center is combined into administrative building. It is also possible to rent skis and walk along sphagnum peat.
Shekvetili is a sandy beach. The sand is dark in color rather than gold. It is believed that the send at this beach is good for cardiovascular diseases, nervous system, paresis, rachitis, and musculoskeletal diseases. Pine forest that starts right after the beach makes the climate and air so pleasant.The water is low, so it is perfect for the kids. Another good reason for a family trip is the proximity to the Tsitsinatela theme park.
Choloki is a small river in Georgia . The name most likely comes from the tour. çöllük : 'dry, dry'. The length of the river is 30 km.
It forms the border between the autonomous republic of Ajara and the region of Guria north of the city of Kobuleti . It flows in a westerly direction and flows into the Natanebi River at its mouth in the Black Sea  . In the lower reaches of the river is flat.
In the XIX century was the border between Turkey and the Russian Empire.
During the Crimean War against the Turks, on June 4, 1854, the 13,000-strong grouping of troops of the Russian army under the command of Lieutenant-General Prince Ivan Malkhazovich Andronnikov ( Andronikashvili ) put the 35-thousandth corps of the Ottoman troops Selim Pasha on the left bank of the Choloka River, fleeing all artillery (15 guns), 35 banners and badges, three camps with all property, parks and shops. For the victory at Choloki, Andronnikov was awarded the Order of Saint. Alexander Nevsky.
Another military episode on this river occurred on April 6, 1918, when the Georgian National Guard under the command of Lieutenant General Georgy Mazniashvili repulsed the advancing Turks.
Road bridge over the river. Choloki, which was an important link between Ajaria and the rest of Georgia, was blown up on May 2, 2004 by order of the then leaders of the autonomy. The head of the government of Adjara, Aslan Abashidze, explained that the explosion of bridges in the region bordering Kobuleti was "a preventive measure aimed against possible attempts by the central Georgian authorities to use military force against autonomy."
The Miniature Park is located in Shekvetili, in the touristic-recreational zone near Tsitsinatela Amusement Park, about half an hour north of Batumi on the Black Sea coast.Georgia’s newest tourist attraction has officially opened where guests are invited to take a step back in time and explore dozens of the country’s most iconic buildings and sites in small scale.
The country’s first Miniature Park opened on Saturday in Shekvetili, western Georgia. Here visitors can see 44 miniature replicas of iconic buildings and architectural monuments from all over Georgia that explore the country’s rich culture and history.
At 1:25 scale, which is European standard for miniature parks, visitors will be able to tower over the displays and get a birds-eye view of sites that normally engulf them.Among the miniature displays are several iconic churches from different regions, historic stone pillars and towers and a comprehensive display of the country’s medieval city of Sighnagi.The Miniature Park also showcases a small-scale version of Narikala fortress in capital Tbilisi and many other historic monuments.The park officially opened on August 13 with a special ceremony attended by investors and state officials.Construction of the tourist attraction began in 2014. On Saturday at the official opening, the Cartu Charity Foundation gifted the Miniature Park to the state.
Tsikhisdziri resort is located 17 km north of Batumi, 60-90 meters above sea level. The main attraction of Tsikhisdziri is its unique mixture of sea and mountain climates. Summers are rather cool and winters are relatively warm in comparison with Batumi or Makhinjauri.
The territory has been settled since ancient times. It used to be a historical city-fortress in western Georgia, namely of the Egrisi Kingdom, due to its military strategic and economically favorable location. In the VI century AD, Byzantine Emperor Justinian built the city of Petra. A narrow coastal road passed through the city territory connecting western Georgian to Byzantium, Iran and Armenia.
Many rest houses, restaurants and cafes are located throughout the green slopes and beautiful parks and gardens of Tsikhisdziri. The beach is comfortable and boat rentals are available.
The climate is warm and temperate in Kobuleti. The is a great deal of rainfall in Kobuleti, even in the driest month. The climate here is classified as Cfa by the Köppen-Geiger system. In Kobuleti, the average annual temperature is 14.2 °C. The rainfall here averages 2276 mm.
The driest month is May, with 81 mm of rainfall. The greatest amount of precipitation occurs in December, with an average of 285 mm. The warmest month of the year is August, with an average temperature of 22.6 °C. The lowest average temperatures in the year occur in January, when it is around 5.8 °C.
The difference in precipitation between the driest month and the wettest month is 204 mm. The variation in temperatures throughout the year is 16.8 °C.
Throughout the month of February daytime temperatures will generally reach highs of around 11°C that's about 53°F. At night the average minimum temperature drops down to around 3°C, that's 37°F.In recent times the highest recorded temperature in February has been 25°C that's 77°F, with the lowest recorded temperature -6°C, about 21°F.
The average daily relative humidity for February is around 66%.
Catch one of the many busses that passes the quarter of hotel Armaz and then turn in the direction of Batumi.
Batumi to Kobuleti train services, operated by Georgian Railway, arrive at Kobuleti station every 3 hours. Tickets cost 130 - 200 Gel and the journey takes 20m.
